Hi, I’m Lee.
I’m a designer focused on clarity, structural intention, and refined execution across brand and layout projects. My work is guided by deliberate process and practical problem solving—no filler, just result-driven design.
I also work in pyrography. The discipline of controlled burn and material sensitivity sharpens my approach to design, reinforcing precision in every line.

From there, I explore options, refine quickly, and build clean, purposeful design that balances clarity with creativity. Once the final direction is locked in, I prepare production-ready files and support smooth handoff or implementation.

Operations Manager

2012-Present

Production workflows, print and packaging design, vendor management, prepress coordination, and creative problem-solving across large-scale publishing projects.

Prepress Technician

2011-2012

Returning to Prepress with hands-on press experience gave me a refined technical skill set. I handled complex label layouts, variable data, step-and-repeat setups, and strict brand compliance. I became the bridge between design, production, and press teams—anticipating issues, optimizing files, and ensuring a smooth path from concept to finished product.

Press Operator

2009-2011

As a Press Operator in a label environment, I ran high-speed production equipment, managed color, registration, and material performance, and solved real-time challenges on the press floor. This role deepened my understanding of ink behavior, substrates, die-cutting, and the physical limitations—and possibilities—of print.

Prepress Technician

2006-2008

In Prepress, I prepared files for flawless production: color correction, trapping, imposition, proofing, and resolving technical issues before they became expensive mistakes. Working directly with printers and production teams taught me the value of clean files, precise setup, and design choices that translate reliably from screen to substrate.

Print Inspector

2003-2006

I began my career ensuring every printed piece met strict quality standards. As a Print Inspector, I developed a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and color accuracy—skills that still influence my design work today. I learned how print behaves in the real world and how even small decisions affect final results.
